At ICCRC, we are committed to empowering youth – alongside their parents and guardians – with the confidence, skills, and support to successfully transition into adulthood.
Our Learning Independence for Tomorrow (L.I.F.T.) program offers a dynamic learning experience through engaging group-based mentoring, interactive discussions, and hands-on activities. Eleventh and twelfth grade high school students explore the power of their words, actions, and choices, fostering personal growth while strengthening integrity, accountability, respect, and compassion. Key focus areas include foundational life skills, career and workplace readiness, and personal development – equipping participants with the tools to thrive in all aspects of life.
The L.I.F.T. program is open to all parents and guardians who would like additional support in assisting their soon-to-be young adults in successfully transitioning into adulthood.
Training sessions and workshops are low-cost or free.
